About Us

Razom’s mission is building a prosperous Ukraine. Razom means “together” in Ukrainian and serves as a constant reminder of the community that it takes to create, build and do. Razom creates spaces where people meet, partner and work together to unlock the potential of Ukraine. We maintain a relentless focus on the needs on the ground to support Ukraine and on opportunities to amplify voices from Ukraine in conversations in the United States. We operate in Ukraine as Razom Dlia Ukrayiny (Разом Для України) and we collaborate with organizations and individuals so that we can deliver the highest impact.

Since the full scale invasion by russia on February 24th began, Razom has received support from over 170,000 donors and has raised $75+ million dollars in donations. Over 2022, Razom deployed over $50 million dollars into Ukraine via emergency response programming.

The Role

Following the full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, the Razom Health team mobilized quickly to provide overwhelmed and under-resourced healthcare facilities throughout the country with critical medicines, medical supplies, and equipment. We have also co-organized medical missions that provide Ukrainian doctors with vital training in emergency situations. Razom Health now works with a network of international organizations on in-kind medical donations, distribution of medical aid, and medical exchanges to provide life-saving tools and training. Above all, our aim is to help the Ukrainian healthcare system effectively respond to the current humanitarian crisis and to emerge from this crisis stronger and more resilient than ever.

The Razom Health Global Program Director will assess the current structure of the team against expected goals, and work closely with the Razom Health team, and other key stakeholders on process efficiencies, while engaging with Razom leadership in the development and implementation of a longer-term vision and structure. The Razom Health team is comprised of volunteers, staff and partner organizations.
