This an opportunity for you to meet t he team behind the film and hear first-hand accounts.\n\nUPROOTED is a do cumentary about the abduction\, deportation and forcible transfer of Ukrai nian children by the Russian Federation. The film tracks and investigates thirty cases of abduction of Ukrainian children in the occupied city of Ma riupol and features interviews with victims of the crime. It sheds light o n the most complicated war crime against Ukrainian children and unpacks th e complexity of the systemic Russian policy of forcible deportations.\n\nT he screening will be followed by a panel discussion with the creators of t he documentary as well as one of the heroes — Ivan who has been abducted when he was 16 y.o.
