 g.\n\nContralto Vira Slywotzky has performed principal roles with Seattl
 e Opera\, Chautauqua Opera\, Chelsea Opera\, Center for Contemporary Opera
 \, Sarasota Opera\, Boston Midsummer Opera and the Victor Herbert Renaissa
 nce Project - LIVE! She has sung concerts\, recitals and cabarets in New Y
 ork City venues from The Duplex to Weill Hall at Carnegie Hall and on tour
  all over the United States. Internationally Slywotzky has been heard in C
 anada\, France\, Hungary\, Sweden and Wales.\n\nA champion of new music\, 
 she has workshopped and premiered more than 30 works including songs\, ful
 l scale opera and narration with orchestra.\n\nPianist David Sytkowski is
  a Visiting Artist in Residence at Bard College and the Bard College Conse
 rvatory of Music\, where he is Director of Music for Opera Workshop\, lead
 s the Musical Theatre Performance Workshop\, coaches singers and teaches p
 rivate piano. He frequently performs as a symphony pianist and collaborato
 r at venues such as Carnegie Hall\, Weill Recital Hall\, Jazz at Lincoln C
 enter\, Joe’s Pub\, The Duplex\, the Fisher Center for the Performing Ar
 ts\, and Hudson Hall.\n\nSing &amp\; Tell is presented by Vira &amp\; Fr
 iends. Vira Slywotzky founded Vira &amp\; Friends in May 2018 with the 
 intent of bringing people together to enjoy the live performance of music 
 written for voice and piano. Since that time Vira &amp\; Friends has becom
 e a mobile musical variety show with the expanded purpose of developing au
 diences for classical music and providing a platform for composers traditi
 onally neglected by the Western canon. Vira &amp\; Friends thrives on par
 tnering with organizations such as the Billion Oyster Project and Razom fo
 r Ukraine\, promoting their work and fundraising for them through themed c
