About this event

The Center for American Studies, in collaboration with the Atlantic Council and Razom for Ukraine, is organizing the event: “Economic challenges and opportunities in Ukraine’s recovery”, on July 9 at 2:30 PM.
The initiative will take place at our headquarters, located at Via Michelangelo Caetani 32.

The cost of Ukraine’s economic recovery from Russia’s full-scale invasion is estimated to surpass €500 billion over the next decade. This public event will discuss the ways in which Ukraine’s partners and supporters can activate the necessary funds to ensure Ukraine’s recovery, economic integration, and transformation. The event will examine all the policy proposals around securing the necessary funds for its recovery, the legal and policy challenges of each, as well as the opportunities associated with them. Speakers will include legal and policy experts and public officials.

  • Mudra, Iryna – Deputy Head of Ukrainian President’s Office;
  • Singh, Daleep – former Deputy NSA for International Economics;
  • Ziskina, Yulia – Senior Legal Fellow Razom for Ukraine;

The initiative is organized in the context of the Ukraine Recovery Conference, which is being organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and will take place in Rome on July 10 and 11.
