Vice President of Development
The VP of Development will be responsible for identifying, engaging, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding current and prospective donors to meet annual revenue targets.
We are transitioning from being volunteer-run to a hybrid staff/volunteer model, and need someone who can come on board, ramp up quickly and engage with our incredible network of donors to create a long-term fundraising strategy.

Razom Health Global Program Director/VP Razom for Ukraine
The Razom Health Global Program Director will assess the current structure of the team against expected goals, and work closely with the Razom Health team, and other key stakeholders on process efficiencies, while engaging with Razom leadership in the development and implementation of a longer-term vision and structure.
Research Analyst
The Research Analyst will be the primary person responsible for producing the materials we use to advocate for our mission, to help build a democratic and prosperous Ukraine. To accomplish this, the research assistant’s main duties will be fulfilling research requests from Razom Advocacy team leads, as well as identifying and then producing materials that would be useful to our government and community advocacy efforts. This position will be hybrid, combining in-person presence on Capitol Hill or at our DC office in Eastern Market with remote working days.

We are looking for a Manager, People Operations to join our People & Culture team at Razom. This role owns the systems, processes, and compliance that support our U.S.-based team (around 45 employees), ensuring employees are set up to do their best work. The Manager, People Operations should be organized, thoughtful, and adaptable in order to support our growing global organization and our mission to support Ukraine.
Razom Advocacy’s Government Affairs team is seeking a motivated Spring 2026 intern to support ongoing federal advocacy efforts in Washington, DC. This placement will focus on organizational development, donor engagement, and Hill outreach. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in cultural and educational program management, with experience engaging diverse audiences and fostering partnerships across arts, academia, and media.
Razom Advocacy is hiring an Interim Policy Advisor to keep our policy engine running through a transition. This is a mid-to-senior-level advising role that will help shape our organization’s portfolio on sanctions, security assistance, and related matters. This role sits at the center of our advocacy work: developing policy proposals, helping to monitor legislative and executive-branch actions, producing policy materials, and supporting a new line of work focused on tracking whether U.S. security assistance is actually moving on time and as intended.
The Director of Annual Giving is responsible for acquiring, cultivating, retaining, and reactivating donors through a multi-channel annual giving fundraising program each year. This includes direct mail, email campaigns, digital fundraising, peer-to-peer fundraising, and stewardship initiatives. The Director of Annual Giving works across multiple departments to expand Razom’s annual giving and engagement programs, including special fundraising campaigns.
The Major Gifts Officer (MGO) is responsible for maximizing major gift revenue to Razom by cultivating, soliciting, stewarding, and maintaining ongoing relationships with an assigned portfolio of major donors and prospects (individual and corporate). The ideal candidate is a self-driven, goal-oriented, front-line fundraiser who will play a vital role in contributing to the development of a major giving program at Razom, working alongside the Advancement team, and collaborating with staff across the organization.
