JOB SUMMARY

​​Razom Health is seeking a proactive Program Coordinator to keep our growing health portfolio on track across the U.S. and Ukraine. In this role, you will keep complex health projects running smoothly by coordinating timelines, guiding key workstreams, and ensuring teams and partners stay aligned through clear plans and consistent follow-up.

 

REPORTS TO

Program Director, Razom Health

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide program-wide coordination across projects, deadlines, and deliverables; step in to manage priority workstreams as needed, track progress, surface risks early, and drive follow-up so nothing slips.

Coordinate across U.S. and Ukraine time zones with Razom Health teams and partners; schedule key meetings, capture action items, and ensure follow-through.

Maintain project management systems (e.g., Asana or similar), keeping workplans, ownership, and reporting calendars current and usable for the team.

Support grants and proposals by coordinating inputs and drafting sections; track compliance requirements and produce financial and narrative reports for funders.

Contribute to monitoring and evaluation efforts by tracking program outcomes, analyzing data, and preparing insights to inform continuous improvement.

Assist in developing communication materials, presentations, social media content, and other documentation to support program activities.

Coordinate travel arrangements for Razom Health staff and partners.

Build and maintain relationships with NGOs, government agencies, and other stakeholders.

Perform other duties as assigned.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in project management within healthcare, humanitarian, non-profit or international development sectors. 

Comfortable working across multiple projects at once, reprioritizing fast, and following through without reminders.

Strong writing skills for professional emails, donor reporting, and proposal drafts.

Strong judgment, discretion, and attention to detail.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Master’s degree in Public Health or other related field.

Fluency in Ukrainian.

Experience working in Ukraine or similar contexts.

Demonstrated success in writing proposals and managing donor reporting for large institutional funders, including bilateral and multilateral agencies, major foundations, or international NGOs.

Experience using project management platforms (e.g. Asana, Monday, etc.).

Experience contributing to internal and external communications, including annual reports, strategy decks, newsletters, and public-facing content.

Experience with monitoring and evaluation systems including indicator tracking, data collection logistics, basic analysis and visualization, and integration of findings into reporting and decision-making.

SALARY RANGE

$60,000-$75,000

Final salary based on education, experience and qualifications as well as finalized scope of work. Razom is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
