Mini-MBA is a leadership program for the development of management competencies for medical units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine. It was created to provide chief medical officers and heads of medical services with modern knowledge in the field of management, leadership, process organization, and strategic planning. The program helps to respond to the key challenges of war: rapid decision-making, effective team management, and rational use of resources.
The program is implemented in partnership with the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School, the Department of Health of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the Command of the Medical Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and with the assistance of the Central Directorate for Innovation Activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This format of cooperation combines the best practices of civilian and military management, creating a unique platform for the development of a new generation of military medical leaders.
The Mini-MBA is built on a modular principle and covers the topics of leadership and team management, operational and financial planning, communication with civilian partners and international donors, as well as the implementation of innovations and international standards in the field of healthcare. Each module combines practical exercises and analysis of real cases, which allows graduates to immediately apply the acquired knowledge to their work.
This course is an investment in the future of military medicine in Ukraine. Graduates of the program gain not only management skills, but also the ability to implement systemic changes that increase the resilience of medical units and strengthen the security of the state. The Mini-MBA forms leaders who save lives today and create the foundation for a safe tomorrow.
