The Office Experience Manager is a key member of Razom’s People & Culture team. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, creating welcoming and productive office environments, and partnering with the global People Team to foster a cohesive and inclusive culture across locations.
Director of People & Culture
Office & Facilities Management
• Manage daily operations of Razom’s NYC office spaces (Flatiron and East Village), including supplies, vendors, maintenance, and visitor reception
• Order lunch and coordinate food & beverage for meetings and events
• Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail; manage outgoing mail and packages
• Coordinate deliveries and shipments to ensure timely receipt and distribution
• Liaise with multiple building management teams and landlords to ensure smooth facility functioning
People & Culture Partnership
• Serve as a gracious host for coworkers, delegations, interview candidates, volunteers, interns, and visitors, ensuring a positive, seamless experience aligned with Razom’s global culture and values
• Coordinate onboarding support logistics for employees, volunteers, and interns, including workspace setup and access to necessary resources
• Conduct office tours for new hires and help set up welcome swag kits to foster a warm and inclusive onboarding experience
• Coordinate celebrations such as birthdays, work anniversaries, and other milestones to build community and recognition
• Collaborate with the People Team to identify opportunities for enhancing employee experience, engagement, and cross-office connection
• Support initiatives that build a cohesive, inclusive workplace culture harmonized across time zones
Event Logistics
• Lead planning and execution of internal team gatherings, Board meetings, retreats, and volunteer events
Compliance & Risk Management
• Oversee U.S. nonprofit registrations and ensure compliance across states
• Manage insurance policies (workers comp, liability, event insurance) including renewals and documentation
• Maintain and track compliance-related documentation and internal policies
IT Systems & Access
• Manage IT platform user accounts and access (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, etc.)
• Coordinate with IT consultants for troubleshooting and system improvements
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for internal systems and ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding IT processes
Special Projects
• Coordinate logistics for team travel including leadership travel to/from Ukraine
• Support cross-functional projects and respond to ad hoc operational needs
• 4–6 years experience in office management, operations, or nonprofit environment
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable managing sensitive information with discretion
• Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Asana, and similar tools
• Ukrainian language proficiency is a plus
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Final salary based on experience, qualifications, and scope of work.
