OVERVIEW OF ROLE

​The Recruiter plays a key role in building a high-performing, mission-driven team at Razom. This position leads the full recruitment lifecycle – from partnering with hiring managers to define role needs, to sourcing, screening, and securing top talent across a wide range of functions. The Recruiter will also drive continuous improvement in our hiring processes and systems, ensuring an inclusive and streamlined experience for candidates and staff alike. This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about advancing Razom’s mission through thoughtful talent acquisition.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

End-to-End Recruitment Management

○ Partner with hiring managers to define role needs and develop thoughtful, effective strategies to attract mission-aligned talent.

○ Own the full recruitment lifecycle: source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview logistics.

○ Lead the offer process, including drafting offer letters, coordinating approvals, and supporting hiring teams through final decisions.

○ Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices to support clear, consistent evaluations and strong hiring outcomes.

○ Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience through timely communication, clear expectations, and thoughtful coordination at every stage.

 

Recruiting Systems & Process Improvement

○ Assess current recruitment tools, workflows, and systems, identifying areas for improvement.

○ Develop streamlined processes and tools for applicant tracking, candidate communications, and interview coordination.

○ Create user-friendly guides and templates for hiring managers to enhance efficiency and consistency. 

○ Track and share key hiring metrics to inform continuous improvement.

 

Internship Program

○ Manage Razom’s internship program, ensuring it continues to provide meaningful and engaging opportunities that contribute to Razom’s mission. 

 

Additional Responsibilities:

○ Perform other duties as needed to support the People team and advance organizational goals. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

 

○ At least 4-6 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth nonprofit or mission-driven organization. Experience recruiting across a range of functions, including both operational and programmatic positions, is a plus. 

○ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

○ Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter. Familiarity with Google Suite is required. Proficiency with Asana is a plus.

SALARY RANGE 

 

$70,000-$90,000

 

Final salary based on experience and qualifications as well as finalized scope of work.
