Razom means “together” in Ukrainian and serves as a constant reminder of the community that it takes to create, build and do. Razom creates spaces where people meet, partner and work together to unlock the potential of Ukraine. We maintain a relentless focus on the needs on the ground to support Ukraine and on opportunities to amplify voices from Ukraine in conversations in the United States. We operate in Ukraine as Razom Dlia Ukraini (Разом Для України) and we collaborate with organizations and individuals so that we can deliver the highest impact.
Razom is providing critical humanitarian war relief and recovery to address the most urgent needs as they evolve. Razom has provided more than 200 tons of tactical medicine, hospital supplies and medicines, and communication devices that get delivered by our volunteers and partners throughout Ukraine to regions that need it most such as Kyiv, Kharkiv, Sumy, Donetsk, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Dnipro, and Zaporizhzhia.
Razom is evacuating vulnerable populations. At the start of the war, Razom volunteers in Ukraine began evacuating children with disabilities and their families from at-risk areas. Today, working with partners – Children, We Will Make It project and Building Ukraine Together – Razom has developed an evacuation system and scaled up its capabilities for evacuations to bring as many people as possible to safer regions in Ukraine.
Razom is advocating for Ukraine by educating about policies that strengthen and support Ukraine and its relationship with the US. Razom’s Advocacy team has built trusted connections with civic leaders, activists, and elected officials in Ukraine and the US to help relay critical information to the public, media, and government officials. The goal is to advocate for a decisive Ukrainian victory, as this is a fundamental security interest for the United States and its allies.
